Sometimes it’s not possible to resolve child or financial issues connected with your separation or divorce. If a court application is necessary to protect your interests or those of your children, we will guide you through the process, giving you clear advice, detailing costs and realistic goals.

We will represent you at Court or arrange for specialist barristers to put your case in the best possible way. We’ll never do anything without your instruction.

We’ll always approach your case sensitively but robustly, supporting you through the process for a fair and reasonable outcome.
