Ann Corrigan, is the founder of Clarity Family Law, family law solicitors in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. Ann trained and worked at Boyes Turner in Reading and then became a Partner with a Legal 500 Hampshire firm before deciding to set up her own specialist family law practice in 2011, initially in Chalfont St Giles before moving to Station Road, Gerrards Cross in November 2012.
She has many years of experience as a family lawyer and particularly in the division of high value assets, children’s disputes and issues surrounding unmarried families.
She is also an accredited family law mediator and collaborative practioner and is a member of the Resolution training committee.

A published author, Ann Corrigan co-wrote Ancillary Relief Practice & Precedents, which has been acclaimed as a “core resource and an essential addition to the library of the ancillary relief practitioner.”
She is often quoted as a family law expert in local media.
She also trains judges and other legal professionals as a member of the training committee for Resolution.
Kelly-Ann Welsh joined Clarity Family Law in March 2015.
Having trained and worked with a specialist family law practice in Buckinghamshire for three years before, she is fully committed to family law.
Kelly-Ann has a wide range of family law experience, helping people cope with what can often be the most difficult time in their lives – both emotionally and financially.
She has close links with local courts and support organisations and regularly does pro bono work for the Citizens’ Advice Bureau and others. She is a great supporter of cancer charities, having completed the Race for Life five times.
“I enjoy the fast pace of family law – and like nothing better than getting stuck in a problem and trying to unravel complicated scenarios to find a way forward for my clients. I work closely with every client to find the best possible outcome for him or her,” she says.
When she’s not working, Kelly-Ann loves doing aerobics and watching live entertainment, including musicals such as Les Miserables. She enjoys travelling and favourite destinations include Dubai and Bali.
Mahum Suhail joined Clarity Family Law in June 2015 as a paralegal, progressed to complete her training contract, qualifying as a solicitor in December 2017. Mahum is developing her expertise in Clarity’s private client work, dealing with wills, planning for the elderly and probate but she also continues to build on her experience in family law.
Mahum is our creative and design expert with a love of all things artistic. She has a keen interest in reading, photography and social media and when time allows, bakes a mean chocolate brownie.
